About the Artist: Ingrid Slyder is a watercolor artist living in Richmond, Virginia. She studied biology at James Madison University where she also minored in Fine Arts (along with her husband Duane!). When she is not painting, she enjoys gardening and is especially delighted when her garden attracts chipmunks, hummingbirds and her two adult children.
