PRICE AND QUANTITIES
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. The quantities indicated on the site are synchronized in real time with the inventory in store. However, a customer may buy a product in store at the same time as you place an online order. In the event that the product ordered is not available, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and the products will also be reimbursed to you as soon as possible.
The prices displayed on the Boutiquelapioche.com site are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs. Payments must be done in Canadian dollars, and reimbursements are also made in Canadian dollars.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are products that we do not yet have in inventory but that we have ordered from our suppliers. We cannot guarantee that all the pre-orders for the same product can be delivered at the same time. The chronological order of orders will then be used and respected: the customer having placed the first order of a product will be delivered the product first.
In the event that a pre-ordered product is no longer available from our supplier and so we do not receive the products ordered, you will be advised by email and reimbursed as soon as possible.
The expected arrival dates indicated in the product title are for information only and are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation of a pre-order is possible. The customer has the choice between a gift card for the total amount of the sale or the refund of the pre-order, with the payment method used, less the transaction fee (1 to 4% of the order value including taxes).

Orders are generally shipped within a maximum period of 2 working days. Customers will be notified during an exceptional situation or when this period cannot be respected.
Out of stock products can also be ordered if they are available from our supplier. To order a product out of stock, contact us by email or by phone.
The discounts are only applicable to products that are in inventory during the discount period.
