Card Game
Hand Management, Set Collection

In the summer of 1960, you want to empty your hand to score as few points as possible.

To set up, arrange the nine flower cards in a 3x3 grid and deal each player a hand of seven cards. On a turn, play a card on the corresponding flower space — but only as long as your card number does not already appear in that row and column. If you cannot play a card, draw from the deck, play it immediately if possible, and otherwise add it to your hand.

If you notice three cards of the same number on the board, either after playing or taking turns, you can call "Trio" and claim those cards from the board.

When a player's hand is empty, everyone adds up the value of the cards in their hand, then subtracts 1 for each trio they have collected.

For the second round, the only change in gameplay is that when someone collects a trio, you discard those cards, then give the cards in your hand to your left-handed opponent.

After two rounds, the player with the lowest score wins.
