DESCRIPTION

*** BE CAREFUL, USED GAME ***

Plan, build and develop your small town in a large metropolis!  Use hexagonal construction tiles to add residential, commercial, civic and industrial areas, as well as special points of interest that offer advantages and take advantage of the resources of neighboring cities.  Your goal is to prosper your arrondissement and end up with a more important population than any of your opponents.

Suburbia is a tile installation game in which each player tries to build an economic engine and an infrastructure which will initially be self -sufficient, and will eventually become profitable and encourage population growth.  As your city grows, you will change your income and your reputation.  As your income increases, you will have more money to buy better quality and more precious buildings, such as an international airport or a high -rise office building.  As your reputation increases, you will gain more and more population - and the player with the largest population at the end of the game wins.

During each game, players compete for several unique objectives that offer an additional increase in the population - and the buildings available in each game vary, so you will never play the same game twice!
