DESCRIPTION
Philatelists, rejoice! The time has come for the annual exchange and exposure of stamps "Stamp Swap" during which collectors around the world come together, exchange and exhibit their small postal treasures!
This 3 -day agreement is your chance to meet other participants, constitute a beautiful collection of stamps and exhibit it during a series of competitions. The art of philately is not only to accumulate many stamps, but above all to collect good quality stamps. Do your best, and maybe you will be able to win the first prize during this year's Stamp Swap!
