DESCRIPTION
Uruguay does not have many natural resources. Not wanting to import the energy of neighboring countries, the government has put in place incentive measures to strengthen the production and distribution of energy throughout the country. Fortunately, Pampero, a powerful winter wind blows on Urugay, making the country very conducive to the exploitation of wind turbines.
Pampero is a deck-building game and actions selecting actions requiring great strategic finesse. You must better manage your income, your supply in en -gingie and your action cards to earn points according to different criteria for each game. Extend your electricity network and run energy contracts throughout the country so that your electricity company becomes the most profitable of all!
