A duel of strategic and opportunistic influence of the Japanese imperial court.
In Naishi, develop your country by obtaining new structures and influential characters to increase your fame. Shogun law is strict and forbids you from rearranging your cards. Also, wisely seize the opportunities offered to you and send your envoys to intrigue at the imperial court to place your cards as effectively as possible and thus become the most prestigious province in Japan.
