Forest Shuffle - Dartmoor (English) [Pre-order] ***Q4 2025***

The game mechanics remain unchanged: you pick up two cards (beautifully illustrated, by the way) or play a card in your moorland landscape. Players compete to collect the most valuable trees, shrubs and terrain cards - to attract species, creating an ecologically balanced habitat for flora and fauna.

A new card type comes into play with terrains: this allows for a variety of terrain cards (unlike trees and shrubs) that are played horizontally.

Forest Shuffle: Dartmoor features several modifications:

• A new type of card comes into play with lands: this allows for variety
• Terrain cards (unlike trees and shrubs) are played horizontally. They clearly serve as a livelihood or feeding ground for a different type of species than trees or shrubs.
• New species with very own abilities and bonus actions
• Caves come with asymmetrical starting conditions and are drawn at the beginning
• Reduction to 6 (instead of 8) tree symbols to activate bonuses more easily
