Crystal Palace , the players embody a nation at the time of the first universal exhibition in London (1851), trying to create the buzz with spectacular inventions and the support of famous and powerful people.
Crystal Palace is a dice investment game in which players determine the statistics of their dice at the start of each round. The higher the figure, the better - but it has a price. During the game, dice are placed on eight places of action (Patent office, Reform Club, London Times, Port de London, Waterloo station, British Museum, Banque d'Engangre, Westminster) as part of a Competition for best resources, patents, and brains.
In a slightly bizarre world of inventions, you will meet people like Phileas Fogg, Levi Strauss and Amelia Edwards, and will invent gadgets such as thinking machine, the beer lenser counter or climate change.
