The expansion includes a new type of card: items. Items can be "equipped" to creature cards, as long as the creature has the required type. Many item abilities activate when a die is placed on the creature they are equipped to.
Creature Caravan backers will receive this expansion for free, but the Wanderers expansion will be available for purchase separately at a later date.
