DESCRIPTION

Brass: Lancashire is a game of economic strategy that tells the story of competing entrepreneurs in Lancashire during the industrial revolution. You must develop, build and establish your industries and your network in order to meet the demand for iron, coal and cotton.

The plateau represents a map of England during its industrial revolution. The cities present can accommodate certain types of factories. Each player has a personal factories tile tray (coal mine, steelworks, cotton spinning, port and shipyard) and a hand of 8 factory cards. He can play 2 per turn. Cities must also be connected to each other. For this, during the first half of the game you will use channels then during the second half of the game you will gradually replace them with railways.

In Brass: Lancashire, the victory points correspond to industrialization, the canals and the rails report victory points. While factories report points only when they can produce and mines only when they can route resources extracted from factories. To win the game, mark the most victory points, which are counted at the end of each phase.
