Nian Shou, an evil spirit, threatens the balance of our world. The most valiant warrior of you will have the honor to challenge him in combat. But, you can also choose to conclude a pact with the Nian Shou spirit to sow chaos and reign in tyrant on the world ...
Beyond is a competitive game: the player with the most energy points wins. To gain energy points, make it carefully calling on celestial minds, and master your yin-yang.
Gather 4 cards representing one of the celestial minds to secure energy points.
You can get these cards through 4 possible mechanisms:
- Push your luck when you get cardsÂ
- Use tokens in exchange for cardsÂ
- steal cards to other players, using the back of your cardsÂ
- Special effects in advanced mode with your tokensÂ
The game ends when a player completed 3 spiritual models (4 cards each). All players end the turn before counting the points. Unless a player manages to bring together the 6 Nian Shou cards and immediately won the game.
