Join other ambitious guild leaders in the mining and the development of the famous city of silver during its period of rapid economic growth and expansion in the 14th century - of the first discovery of silver ore near the monastery Cistercien until the construction of Kutná Hora, which quickly became one of the most important cities in Central Europe.
Kutná Hora: The City of Silver is a pure eurogamo of historic city construction for 2 to 4 players which offers a real experience of supply and demand in which each of your actions has an impact on the dynamic economic system of the game.
Each round, players choose actions in a hand of recto-verso cards to implement strategic plans such as mining, purchase of building land, obtaining permits, building buildings for Their affiliated guilds, the realization of profits thanks to their production and, of course, the construction of the Sainte-Barbara cathedral.
The asymmetrical nature of the guilds available for each player gives rise to very interactive towers in which each decision has an interesting impact on the economy and on other players who develop their mines and build infrastructure on a shared tray.
Use the ore and melt it to obtain a silver fortune in order to develop this magnificent historic city, but be sure to balance your personal objectives with the need to promote the growth of the city. Everything is linked, and sometimes the path of personal victory depends on the prosperity of the greatest number.
