In Fauna, 360 animals are waiting to be discovered! How heavy do you think a tiger is and how big can a giraffe get? How long is a polar bear's tail and where does a toad actually live? These and many other questions about animals around the world need to be answered as accurately as possible! Since you can't know everything, there are also points for guesses that are slightly off the mark. But if you risk too much, you'll quickly lose some of your chances of guessing!

In each part of Fauna, only one animal is introduced by name and photo. Players try to guess the weight, length, height, tail length and - most importantly - the areas in which the animal lives on Earth. The early bird catches the worm: an area on the large map or a sector on the scale already occupied by a player token cannot be chosen a second time. When no player wants to set another token, the round ends and scoring is done. Tokens on the correct spaces score points for the corresponding player, also tokens in the direct vicinity of the correct spaces score points. Tokens that do not earn points are temporarily out of play - so the risk must be carefully considered. Next turn - next animal - starting player changes. The first player to reach a certain total score wins (normally after 8-12 animals).
