Hire staff, position it inside the company and thwart your opponents while you float at the top of the company scale!
In Squid Inc., designed by Ivan Turner and starring works by Matijos Gebreselassie, you play a humble guppy who seeks to become the big fish of the company by influencing employees at all levels and guiding them upwards From the company scale, it doesn't matter who ends in your wake!
Each round, you select a potential employee, with a name, a special capacity and an influence score. You can use their influence to place your employees and increase their ruthless capacities, or you can add the employee to your team. Once your employee is entering the company, you will use your team's capacities to win promotions for each other, floating in the scale when you retrograde or even dismiss the employees of your opponents!
At the end of the game, you will get points for the combined influence of your employees in the company, with multipliers more they are raised on the scale: X1, X3, X5 and even X7 for the best work! But be careful, because once an employee of your team is coming there, there will be a world of sharks, octopuses, fishes, crabs and more, all hungry for your fall.
