Windmill Valley: Blooming Sails significantly changes the way the Conduct Foreign Trade action works. Players now sail their ship between ports and can spend their tulip bulbs on various rewards. Additionally, the position of their ship determines the advantages they can gain by moving forward on the timeline. The schedule is also updated and allows players to choose whether they want to use the regular or expert variant.
