DESCRIPTION

At the beginning of explorers, you and your exploration companions place four landscape tiles - meadows, water bodies, deserts or mountains - and three different pointing tiles. Then, your departure village, you Go to an exploratory visit.

The exploration cards, each of which shows two landscapes, indicates the landscapes that you are allowed to cross (OFF). In turn, you reveal an exploration card, choose one of the two types of terrain, then stride three spaces in front of your current location. The other players must then decide whether to place only two crosses on the same landscape, or choose the other landscape and check three crosses. All your crosses must be orthogonally adjacent, so you need to plan well to avoid being stuck due to "bad" landscape choice.

On four laps, you widen your territory, receiving a special action for each box checked with an object inside. You receive points for provisions and gems, with a map you can place crosses on any type of terrain, and the lost temples can be explored with keys - but the one who reaches the temple first receives the most points for that ...

Explorers contains a solo version as well as additional tiles for experienced players, with more than a million possible game combinations.
