Lilypad Diaspora
Scattered long ago and since removed, the Lilypad diaspora now hope to call the forest home. Although they work to integrate peacefully, peace is rare amid the civil war. As they train their warriors, they must ensure that their desire for security does not lapse into outright aggression. With weapons at the ready, a simple misunderstanding between the Diaspora and the Woodland can escalate into vicious retaliation, hardening the Diaspora's militancy and spreading resentment against their cause.

Twilight Council
Disgusted by the continuing conflict, the Twilight Council organizes assemblies to end the war, bringing together everyone in Woodland, from the humblest mouse in a bag to the mightiest hawk with a royal claim. Assemblies emphasize political ties rather than pure numbers of warriors, moving factions away from bloody battles and toward lively debate. As the Council progresses in its mission, it can declare edicts to change the way the Assemblies operate, manipulating their enemy incentives and actions.

Deepwood Knaves
No one really knows how the Knaves of the Deepwood came together, but there are many myths. From the tree line these scoundrels and bastards advance, pillaging barracks and baggage trains and fleeing with warriors on board as hostages. For what ? For ransom, that’s why. Some say they give the product to the needy. Some say they spend it lavishly. Either way, their celebrations echo throughout the night, music springing from the depths of the forest where few dare to go.
