DESCRIPTION
In the Habana, you earn victory points by building buildings, represented by cards arranged on the table. To acquire a building, you must pay a cost - a combination of money, workers and building materials. The more difficult the combination is, the more victory points.
However, all the available buildings are not immediately accessible: only those located on the right and left edges of the two rows of buildings can be selected.
The central game mechanism is based on identical decks of 13 cards for each player, of which only 2 are played per turn. In addition to the function of the card, the digital combination of the cards played is important (for example, a card with a value of 3 and another of 4 give a value of 34), because the player with the lowest combined number acts first.
Thus, not only does the game order are constantly changing, but it is also possible that a planned action cannot be carried out, because another player has already played this turn. Some roles allow you to tax or steal from other players, while other cards protect you, so it's not just a matter of solo resource collection.
These different mechanics make Habana a unique game.
