DESCRIPTION
The empires have raised themselves and fell in the aftermath of the Great War, and Europe is on the precipice of a new era. The economy is robust, morale is high and the defenses are solid. There are reports from the campaign of strange soldiers with brilliant eyes, but they seem distant and harmless.
Scythe: The Rise of Fenris, the conclusion of Scythe's expansion trilogy, allows two different options for any players' account (1-5 if you have Scythe; 1-7 players if you have Invaders from Afar) ::
- Campaign (8 games): Scythe's story continues and ends with a campaign in eight episodes. Although the campaign has surprises, unlocking and persistent elements, it is fully climble and replayable.
- Modular (11 modules): Instead of the campaign or after, the new modules of The Rise of Fenris can be used in different combinations to meet the preferences of the players. These modules are compatible with all Scythe extensions and include an entirely cooperative module.
While the exact nature of the episodes and modules will remain a mystery (most of these components are in 5 secret boxes and on 6 punchboards), the components of this extension include a detailed episodic guide, 13 plastic miniatures, 62 wooden chips , 2 personalized dice, 25 tiles and more than 100 cardboard tokens.
