DESCRIPTION

The day before Christmas, the house of the Courdeau family shone in the snow, an apparently perfect party table. The family, gathered around Dolorès Courdeau, the emblematic matriarch of the Alsatian cookie, seemed reconciled for a time, despite the latent tensions that hovered like shadows in each corner. Undisputed leader for decades, Dolorès embodied power and tradition, although its recent weakening - an operation of the hip - had rekindled questions of succession within the family.

The evening took place in a fragile balance. Between animated discussions on the future of the company and forced smiles, all seemed to endeavor to maintain an appearance of harmony. But this fragile varnish broke out when, in the calm of the night, a cry sounds in the house. Someone had discovered Dolorès, lifeless, extended in their room.

The scene of this tragic Christmas turns into an enigma: how could this family celebration have sank into the drama? Who, among the relatives of Dolorès, could have fed hidden intentions, sufficient bitterness to consider such a radical act? The answer may be based on complex relationships within this influential family, where power, inheritance and unfulfilled desires are dangerously involved.
