DESCRIPTION

Lead one of the ancient peoples of Altay and face the arrival of human settlers on your ancestral lands. Decide whether you want to adopt their innovations or maintain ancient traditions while expanding your kingdom, cultivating your knowledge, building monuments, or defeating enemies.

Altay - Dawn of Civilization is a bridge building game, set in a mythical era. In an isolated region of a vast continent, four mysterious societies have cultivated distinct cultures for countless years, maintaining a fragile balance. They now face a new challenge: the influx of human settlers armed with advanced weapons and devices. As the leader of one of the ancient peoples of Altay, you have a choice in how you respond to this challenge.

The game board represents a region where the four factions clash, each area being characterized by different types of terrain and resources. Players control one of four factions, each represented by a unique starting deck, with distinctions in the number of "core" cards and faction-specific cards.

During each turn, players use their cards to generate resources, erect new settlements, expand across the map, engage in maneuvers against opponents, or obtain new cards to augment their deck, symbolizing the integration of ancient peoples with newcomers and their trades.
