DESCRIPTION

The sequel to Scythe sends players on a new adventure to Siberia, where a massive meteorite has crashed near the Tunguska River, awakening ancient corruption. An expedition led by Dr. Tarkovsky ventures into the taiga to learn more about the meteorite and its impact on the earth. Eager for adventure, war heroes fund their own expeditions to Siberia, hoping to find artifacts, overcome challenges, and ultimately achieve glory.

Expeditions is a competitive exploration game, focused on maps and engine building. It's designed to evoke similar feelings to Scythe even though the mechanics are different: Play cards to gain power, cunning, and unique job abilities; move your mech to mysterious locations and gain cards found among the tiles; use workers, items, meteorites, and quests to upgrade your mech; and use power and cunning to defeat corruption.

Expeditions includes 5 massive clockwork miniatures and clockwork mats, 20 location tiles, over 100 uniquely illustrated maps, 50 worker meeples, a bag filled with 36 screen-printed corruption tiles, a robust Automa single-player mode, and more Again.

This standard edition of Expeditions includes plastic mechanical miniatures and plastic base snaps.
