Board game Strategy / Battle in arena from 2 to 4 players in a universe of Dark Fantasy

Four peoples, each mastering an element (fire, water, earth, air), had waged war for centuries. One day, a warrior emerged, a warrior powerful enough to rally the tribes under a single banner. He brought peace between the peoples and became the king of the elements! But this king has been murdered and since peace has been vacillating. Thus, each people sent their 2 best champions (1 man and 1 woman) to fight in the arena. At the end of this fight, a new king or a new queen of the elements will be crowned by the people!

Quintessence is an asymmetrical confrontation game in a universe of Dark Fantasy. Face your opponents solo or as a team of two, in intense games by performing quests or eliminating your opponents.

The player (or the team) having the most piece of honor wins the game. There are 3 ways to win piece honor:

• Keeping the crown of the elements at the end of a tour gives you 1 honor piece
• Complete one of your two secret quests in hand each round gives you 1 honorary piece per successful quest
• Eliminating an opponent of the arena gives you 3 piece honor
