Immerse yourself in the world of Altered!
Centuries ago, our reality has collided with the world of stories and dreams in a cataclysm known as Confluence, an event that has profoundly transformed the land as we know it. Beings of this world have suddenly moved among us and have changed our way of life. Since then, we have formed alliances with them and together, patiently, we have rebuilt a new civilization.
With peace and prosperity now assured, it is finally time to rediscover the altered world around us. Six major factions have chosen their heroes to lead courageous expeditions beyond the doors, where the tumult, a vestige of the confluence of yesteryear, still transforms everything in its wake.
