DESCRIPTION
Some majestic buildings cannot be built by an isolated city. Engage yourself in common projects to derive profits, or undergo the consequences of an unfinished project. Edifice is the brand new extension for 7 Wonders which adds a strategic element to the basic game without however adding to the length of a part. For each building to build, players must weigh the pros and cons to get involved with other players in its design. So join your opponents in these common projects or ignore their construction to better concentrate your resources for your personal glory. If the players complete a building, they obtain awards, while those who have excluded its construction will be deprived of the profits offered at the end of the age. 7 Wonders Edifice is the most accessible extension of the 7 Wonders range, but do not believe that it will be easy to triumph!
Collaborate in the construction of buildings and win rewards if you manage to complete them. Players can ignore the project and focus on their city, but they will have to suffer the consequences if the other players finish the building.
This extension is quick to set up and compatible with all versions and extensions of 7 Wonders. (The wonders, which line up with those of the 2020 edition, are larger than those of the original edition of 7 Wonders, but this does not affect the playability.)
7 Wonders Edifice adds two wonders and 15 buildings cards, which adds to the replayability of 7 Wonders.
7 Wonders Edifice is the most accessible 7 Wonders extension and introduces a new form of interaction between players, without adding to the complexity of the game or its duration.
