DESCRIPTION
The High Elves come from an ancient society, wielding their connection to divinity to impose their will equally among both allies and enemies. Control the pace of battle with arbiters and priests, using your superior understanding of the law to gain the upper hand. The faction is led by Valeria the Just, who has no qualms with dictating the rules of engagement with her own hands. Valeriaâs word is infallible as any common unit will Oblige her commands.
Behold as Valeria calls upon holy laws that alter the rules of engagement! Both sides must obey those laws, yet only the High Elves seem to find them a blessingâŠ
