DESCRIPTION

The island of Atlantis, your home, is flowing. Will you be able to save your people in time?

In this cooperative game, work in hand with other players to deploy your citizens on your island, collecting resources to build a cosmic portal that can save yours. The meeples placed near the shore are the most rewarding, but are also the most likely to be engulfed by the waves, and their actions lost. In turn, each player draws a unlucky card, which floods certain places of the constantly narrowing shore of Atlantis. Gather the resources necessary to build and feed the portal, before the island disappears under the waves forever!

Atlantis Rising 2nd edition offers new illustrations and modern graphics, created to enhance the strong theme of the game. The Athenian attack phase was replaced by the anger phase of the gods, requiring more strategic planning and adding a feeling of 'emergency. The powers of the player embodying the advisor were extended and reinforced to be more impactful, and the knowledge deck has also been revised and extended. The variable elements of the portal, once built, no longer offer single -use bonuses, but create new workers' placement points where players can send Atlantée citizens to set up their actions and try to save their island !
