DESCRIPTION

The tesseract appeared in our sky six days ago, above the exact magnetic north of the planet. It was the size of a house pâté. Since that time, he condensed, collapsing on himself. He can now hold in the palm of your hand.

The best minds of our world must now find a way to contain and control the reactions of this extraterrestrial artifact, if not its exponentially increasing destructive power will eliminate our planet from existence, reconfiguring our space and our time to the extra-dimensional needs of its Creators. Can you and your team work together to stop tesseract, or will humanity simply be a blip in the large scheme of the universe? The future will tell.

Tesseract is a convincing and cooperative dice manipulation game for 1 to 4 players. The focal point of the game is a block of 64 dice, the Tesseract, which is in the center of the plateau on a raised platform. The players will remove cubes to place them in their individual laboratories, transfer them if necessary, will adjust the values of the cube and, above all, will isolate the cubes in the containment matrix, neutralizing them.

To contain a cube, a player must have in his laboratory 3 cubes or more of value (a set) or in sequence (a run), either of a single color, or having none of the same colors. By completely filling the containment matrix (24 unique dice in total), they will stop the reaction and win the game. But if the tesseract has its last cube removed beforehand - or if 7 breaches occur, the part is lost and our world ceases to exist.

The asymmetrical capacities of the characters include a passive, "always active" capacity and a unique action which is only available for this player. The research cards won during the game help to give players an advantage, as are the even more powerful containment cards, unlocked from the matrix.

Tesseract is a very difficult cooperative game, with a lot of replayability integrated into the number of characters and various platforms of threats that govern the difficulty. The game evolves remarkably well and has an equally engaging solo mode. The tension quickly rises while the tesseract loses cubes at the end of each player's tower, begins and potentially causes breaches, bringing us closer to the disaster.
