DESCRIPTION
The people of the Harrow County put to death the witch Hester Beck. They stabbed her, hanged and buried under an old oak. Shortly after, a young girl was born from this same tree. As Emmy grew up, she felt connected to the earth and its inhabitants, city dwellers and haints. Hester's family returned to take revenge, and Emmy must bring together his allies to protect the county of Harrow.
- Unique faction objectives: each faction has a different objective, to save city dwellers, to destroy buildings with storms, or to find a doll among lures.
- Asymmetrical play style: Each faction also plays completely different with the way they use their capacity tokens: tracks, bag construction, sliding mechanics.
- Cube Tower Built Into Box: Resolve the fight by throwing cubes in a cube tower which is literally integrated into the game box.
- Play the dead witch: the third player, Hester Beck, is buried under the tree. It controls its roots to infect the hains in an effort to return to life.
- Up to 4 players: play with up to 4 players when you get the Fair Folk extension! Fair Folk need to negotiate with other players for the location of their queen.
