DESCRIPTION
The Napoleonics command & colors game system allows players to effectively represent the Napoleonic epic battles, in a flexible game that varies from one battle to another. In some scenarios, an infantry unit can represent an entire division, while in others, a unit can represent a single regiment or battalion. During the game, the command cards direct the movements, while creating a "war fog", and the combat dice solve the fight quickly and effectively.
The stylized battlefield cards underline the important characteristics of the field and underline the historical deployment of large -scale forces with the game system. Finally, the Napoleonic tactics that you will have to execute to win the victory is remarkably conforming to the advantages and limits inherent in the various national Napoleonic armies of the time and the characteristics of the terrain on which they fought.
Generals, Marshals & Tacticians is the fifth extension of the GMT commands & colors of GMT commands & colors. There are 18 historical scenarios in this expansion. A number of scenarios focus on the commitments of the French army of 1813 against the Russian, Austrian and Prussian armies around Leipzig.
The extension also introduces a brand new tactical card game. Tactical cards, as well as the game updated from Napoleonic command cards, are designed to spice up the Napoleonic experience of each player by improving the role of leaders on the battlefield, without adding additional complexity or rules of rules of rules . Overall, tactric cards add new interesting order possibilities to the scenarios included in this extension.
