DESCRIPTION

Epic Napoleonics is the sixth extension of the GMT Napoleonics games & Colors Napoleonics. Epic Napoleonics makes it possible to lead greater battles with more units. Epic Napoleonics is actually two game systems in one - the Epic Battle system and the La Grande Battle system. Although the scope of our Napoleonic game has changed size, the historical feeling and the basic rules of the game, for the most part, remain the same. To make the most of these two new Napoleonic game formats, it is better to play the Epic Napoleonics and Big Battles scenarios using command cards and tactical card games that were part of the general extension, Marshals and Tacticians .

This extension includes six standard size scenarios which focus on the key phases of the Battle of Austerlitz, on December 2, 1805. This extension also includes 12 EPIC -size commitments and two Battle La Grande battle scenarios. Two recto-verso mounted cards are also included. The battlefield on the Epic side is larger, and 11 hexagons deep per 20 hexagons wide, it is almost double the size of the standard size battlefield of 9 hexagons deep per 13 hexagons wide. When placed side by side to form the battlefield of the Grande, the combat zone is 11 hexagons deep by 26 hexagons wide.
