DESCRIPTION
The main mode of Nemesis: Aftermath is the epilogue mode, a short part (45 to 60 minutes) of 5 laps, which is played after a normal part. At the start of this epilogue, an indefinite period of time has passed since the events occurring in the basic game Nemesis. The players use characters (who have not participated in the basic game) who enter the nemesis to investigate. The ship carries many scars from its past tribulations, so all the remains of your previous part will have effects on your epilogue part.
An epilogue game is much shorter than a classic nemesis game, but it is more difficult and offers a very dynamic game. Instead of objectives, players have to face apparently simple personal requirements, while trying to cooperate to deal with various alerts. In addition, players pursuing more selfish interests could accept the lucrative offer. Players also use the additional shuttle tray, which represents a new small vessel (moored in nemesis) composed of 4 additional room locations. The NEMESIS extension: Aftermath also adds 4 new "2" rooms.
You can play Epilogue game with fewer players than the number having really participated in the normal game.
FEATURES
Nemesis: Aftermath adds a line card for each character (both basic game and extension). The line cards give specific advantages and disadvantages during the game. The line card is placed opposite visible next to the character tray and its rule is in force for the rest of the game.
New characters
Nemesis: Aftermath adds 5 new characters to the game. When the players choose their character, the character selection card they select allows them to choose either the basic game or the character aftermath of a chosen color. For example, the red character of the consequences (the condemned) can replace the red character of the basic game (the soldier). After choosing his character, each player keeps his selected draft card, preventing any other player from choosing the other character of the same color. The two red characters (the convict and the soldier) can never be together in the same part. The characters of Aftermath are very different from the characters in the basic game.
