DESCRIPTION

Sailors and adventurers, drop the moorings!

Facing the danger and adventure once again by seeking everywhere the most precious treasures that the Caribbean have to offer, then quickly find a safe port to hide the invaluable gold, rare emeralds and iridescent pearls. Explore, accumulate cargoes, engage crews and requisition rival ships, but don't forget to bury your loot. While you are sailing, look for a place where you set up your life on the high seas once, but before that, you have to get ahead of your opponents, because a single trip around the Caribbean will not be enough. You have to make three trips to retire as a richer and larger sore of all time.

Pirates of Maracaibo is an autonomous game located in the same universe as Maracaibo (published in 2019) although it is more easily accessible. In three rounds, the Boucaniers and the Pirates visit many Caribbean islands with their ships and recruit allies along the way. They capture the boats of their rivals, undertake expeditions and bury treasures. They must acquire the right cards, skillfully use the dice and develop their fleet.
