Dahlgaard’s Academy widens the magic world and the Trickerion gameplay with a series of new fascinating features:
A new location - The Academy: Join the common effort to renovate the Academy! Each renovation action grants proportional renown to the coins spent, and opens up new class and practice rooms, where the markers of the academy can be placed. Academic markers in practice rooms give tricks made an increased performance or other special placement capacities, while the tricks taught in classrooms will be transmitted to new generations - they can no longer be executed, but grant a Passive efficiency useful for each round. The Academy is also a place to train your protective, a new member of your team.
A new specialist - The protective: each magician will now start with the protégé, a new type of specialist. The protective is more than a simple worker - they will accompany your magician on their way to grandeur, by constantly developing in the process. By visiting the Academy, protected can acquire new powerful capacities which also increase their action points - and their salary thus! A fully developed protée will have 3 action points, as is the magician, with very powerful abilities to start!
A new quartet of magicians: Magoria's new golden age attracts young budding magicians from around the world, eager to prove themselves, and perhaps one day becoming the boss of Magoria. Each school of illusion (mechanical, optics, escape, spiritual) will receive a new, charismatic magician, with their own personal history, powerful special capacity.
Solo mode: Dalhgaard HEIR: This extension will also include a solo mode, with an elaborate scenario. Make a journey to a possible future from Magoria, where the heir to Dahlgaard could not resist the immense power of the Trickerion stone, and ward off in the supernatural, overshadowed their mental health. The golden age of Magoria is finished - now the heir controls it with an iron grip, and it is up to you to prove your superiority and to withdraw it from power in the sole way that the city knows - by magic and illusion. This solo mode presents Dahlgaard’s Heir as an entirely automated opponent, complex with variable difficulties of difficulty - a worthy enemy even the most experienced trickeron veterans!
